Can I trial Webflow before paying?

Sure! You can test out Webflow on our free plan where you can experiment with 2 projects. Your unhosted projects will have a two-page limit, but you can purchase a site plan on a per-project basis to unlock up to 100 static pages and additional CMS pages.

What is a project?

A project is a website that you build in Webflow. You can publish projects to a webflow.io staging subdomain for free, export the code on a paid plan, or add a site plan to connect your custom domain and unlock hosting features.

What can I white label?

Pro accounts can add their own logo to Client Billing forms and the Editor. Pro accounts can also remove references to Webflow in the source code and form submission emails, and hide the Webflow badge from their staging sites.

How much traffic can the hosting handle?

Webflow hosting scales automatically to handle millions of concurrent visits. All site plans serve sites through our Amazon's Cloudfront CDN and accelerated using Fastly, loading sites in milliseconds.

What kind of support does Webflow provide?

Will I receive updates during the booking?

Yes, parent updates can be provided during the booking if requested.

How can I book a caregiver?

Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email or the website enquiry form. The team will ask for your preferred date, timing, service type, child's age and any special requirements before confirming availability.

Do you offer one-time bookings?

Yes. Ad-hoc and occasional bookings are available, subject to availability and the minimum booking duration.

Do you offer recurring or long-term care?

Yes. Families can request recurring bookings, long-term care or monthly packages based on their schedule and needs.

Can I book care for evenings, weekends, or overnight?

Yes. We offer daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, short-term and long-term support.

What is the minimum booking duration?

The minimum booking duration is 4 hours.

Trial Session
Do you offer a trial session?

Yes. Sereyn Care offers a trial session so families can experience the service before committing to regular care.

What happens during the trial session?

You can observe the caregiver's interaction with your child, understand our standards and decide whether the caregiver is the right fit.

Can I continue with the same caregiver after the trial?

Where possible, we support consistency and match families with caregivers based on fit, availability and care requirements.

What services does Sereyn Care provide?

Day care, night care, babysitting, infant care, support for new mothers, caregiver services, flexible bookings and long-term care.

What is included in babysitting services?

Child supervision, feeding assistance, age-appropriate play, nap or bedtime routine support, basic hygiene care, organising play areas and parent updates when requested.

What is included in infant care?

Bottle feeding, burping support, diaper changing, hygiene care, nap routine assistance, comfort monitoring and gentle baby engagement.

What is night care?

Overnight support where a caregiver monitors and cares for your baby while you rest; Night feeds, soothing, diaper changes, comfort checks and sleep routine support.

What support do you offer for new mothers?

Feeding assistance, routine guidance, practical baby care help, emotional reassurance and support through the postpartum transition.
